With the rising cost of building materials and fuel, energy efficiency is more important than ever. Typically 20% of all heat loss occurs in the top 24 inches of the basement walls. With the Superior Walls foundation system placing additional insulation between the studding and sheetrock will give you up to a 31.5 R value in your basement, virtually eliminating this loss.
